The Princeton Prize in Race Relations Photo Contest is only open to high school students in the United States.
Please submit your photo of what diversity looks like in your school or community between November 1, 2017 and January 31, 2018. All eligible entries MUST tag the Princeton Prize Instagram account (@PrincetonPrize), and include the hashtag #visionsofdiversity, the name of your high school, and a brief caption explaining how you are enriched by this diversity. Entrants must be following the Princeton Prize Instagram account to be eligible for a prize. Entries missing any of these elements cannot be considered. Entries will be reviewed and selected based on the quality of the photograph and the originality of the caption.
At the end of each month, our panel will choose the top 5 photos from that month to post on the Princeton Prize Instagram account (@PrincetonPrize). Instagram users have one month to "vote" on their favorite photo by liking it. The photo that receives the most likes by the end of the next month will be selected as the winner and awarded the $100 prize. Voting will end on final day of the month. The winner will be announced on first day of the following month via our Instagram page (@PrincetonPrize).
This contest will be run on a rolling basis for three months. Photos submitted by November 30, 2017 will be eligible for the prize announced on January 3, 2018. Photos submitted by December 31, 2017 will be eligible for the prize announced on February 1, 2018. Photos submitted by January 31, 2018 will be eligible for the prize announced on March 1, 2018.
